Tender Picks UK – last updated 1 November 2026.

Who we are

Tender Picks UK is a daily e-mail service with new UK public sector tenders. The data controller is Christian Willesen, trading as Tender Picks. Contact: [email protected]. We are based in the EU (Denmark).

Subscribers

When you sign up we receive your name, e-mail address and the sector you choose, via our payment and delivery platform Gumroad. We use them only to send the tender e-mails you asked for, to handle your subscription and to answer you. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. Payment details are handled by Gumroad; we never see your card.

Business outreach

To offer the service to companies that bid for public contracts we may use company names, Companies House data and generic business e-mail addresses that companies publish on their own websites, together with public contract award data from Contracts Finder. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (offering a relevant business-to-business service). Every message tells you how to opt out.

How long we keep data

Outreach data: no more than 12 months, or until you object. Subscriber data: for as long as you subscribe and afterwards only as long as accounting law requires. We keep a short suppression list of addresses that opted out, so we never contact them again.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. We use Gumroad (subscriptions and payments), Google (e-mail) and Cloudflare (website hosting and e-mail forwarding) as processors. Some of them process data outside the UK under standard data protection safeguards.

Website and chat assistant

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The chat assistant is an automated AI chatbot; your conversation is not stored by us and is only kept in your open browser tab.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to outreach at any time, or ask us to restrict processing. E-mail [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
